Terms & Conditions:
Booking: Delegates are able to book training courses up to 6 months in advance (or more – if training dates/locations are already confirmed) .In order to confirm a secured place on one of our scheduled training courses we will require a non-refundable deposit* and a completed booking form, which will be sent to you by our dedicated training team. Courses can be booked via our training page www.mc-aesthetics.co.uk/training-types/ and delegates can pay their deposit online by following the simple steps using either a debit/credit card, or paypal method. Alternatively deposits can be made via a BACS bank transfer if preferred directly into our training account:

Payment terms: Deposit amounts are deductible from the total course price. The outstanding funds owed should be paid at least 14 days prior to your course start date. An invoice to request such remaining funds will be sent accordingly as a reminder. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in us assuming you no longer wish to attend, deposits being lost and your place potentially being given away to another delegate on our waiting list. Delegates are more than welcome to clear any balances early if they wish, or make multiple payments over a period (providing the balance is paid in full 14 days prior to course start date). We also offer a finance option which enables delegates to train first and pay later, conveniently spreading the course cost over a time period of 1-9 months. If your application is successful the funds are to be transferred to us by Pretty Face Finance in order to secure your place (as you will not be required to pay us a deposit direct).
Cancellation/no show: If you request to reschedule within a reasonable time frame then we will transfer your deposit to a later date. However, last minute cancellations/no shows can be extremely costly for us as a business -particularly as we close our clinic completely to cosmetic clients in order to facilitate the courses, making the premises solely utilised for training in order to enhance your learning experience. We may also have declined other potential delegates if our course places have reached capacity. We understand that special unavoidable circumstances may leave you with no choice but to cancel, and unable to attend, therefore dependant upon circumstances we may transfer your course monies onto a future course date – at our discretion. If you choose to cancel the course within a reasonable time frame and we can re-allocate your place to a new delegate then we will refund you any monies paid. However, If you simply decide you no longer wish to attend your course and we are unable to re-allocate your place then your deposit will unfortunately be lost automatically. If you cancel within 14 days or you do not turn up on the day then we reserve the right to retain the full balance to cover any losses we will occur due to this. *We will refund deposits only in the following circumstances; On the rare occasion we may have to cancel a course for reasons beyond our control and cannot reasonably rectify this i.e. change location/dates.
